Custom orders
I love custom orders! Please feel free to contact me if you have something specific in mind, or if you are looking for a different version of an existing piece (colour, length, design etc...). You can also browse my website (www.aliquoboutique.com) for other pieces as I don't always put everything in the shop.
Shipping
All orders ship from Ireland to almost anywhere in the world. I endeavour to complete and post all orders within 2 to 3 days of ordering and will let you know as soon as it has been sent. It can then take up to two weeks to reach you, depending on where you are located... Although in my experience items usually arrive within 4-5 days, a bit less to Continental Europe, and even less to Ireland itself! Shipping costs reflect exactly what it costs me to post your item i.e. I don't make any money on postage. Shipping is a flat rate of €2.20 to Ireland and €2.70 to the rest of the world.
Payment Methods
You do not need a paypal account to pay for your order, as you can now use your credit card via paypal without registering. Paypal is a very safe payment method, and all the credit card information is kept hidden from the merchant (me!).
If you would like to pay by Bank Wire, this can be arranged, please get in touch via e-mail or use the contact form.
Returns
I pride myself in happy customers. If you are not completely satisfied, I offer a full refund (excluding shipping fees) provided the item is returned within 14 days of receipt and is in its original condition (i.e. unworn). Please e-mail me to arrange for a refund. I would recommend using a signed or insured service to guarantee a safe return of the items.
Please note that the return shipping fees are at your expense.
Gift Wrapping
Your item(s) can be gift wrapped at no extra charge. Please just let me know after placing your order.
